When will my order ship?
We process and ship all orders by the next business day (Monday to Friday) for customers in the United States. For international orders, shipping typically takes 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll upload your tracking number. You can check your delivery status anytime on our 'Track your Order' page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. If you’d like to start a return, get in touch with our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery takes approximately 4–6 business days after the order is shipped.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’re so sorry if that happens. Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and your request. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
